I developed the online sleep training to offer an effective and accessible solution for people struggling with sleep problems. My goal is to help people improve their sleep quality and enhance their overall wellbeing.

Sleep is an essential part of our wellbeing and has a significant impact on our physical and mental health. Many people experience sleep problems: difficulty falling asleep, restless nights, or waking up too early. These issues can lead to fatigue, irritability, and reduced concentration.

At SlaapWel I work with cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), the most effective treatment for sleep problems. No medication, but structural change. In an average of 6-8 sessions you learn to handle your sleep differently, tailored to your life and your rhythm.

My passion for delivering quality care and promoting my clients’ wellbeing drives me every day. I believe that personal attention, expert care, and a tailored approach make the difference.

How a session goes

Free intro call (15 min)

We discuss your sleep problem and see if SlaapWel fits you. No obligation, via Zoom.

2

Intake (45 min)

An in-depth conversation about your sleep history, lifestyle and goals. Based on this we build a personal sleep plan.

3

Sessions (6-8x, 45 min each)

Weekly sessions where we execute and fine-tune your sleep plan. You learn to sleep structurally differently.
